STYLE: CORAL BLOUSE AND SKATER SKIRT WITH SOME SNEEKY LEOPARD

The skater skirt has been around for a while now but I only bought one recently. I have a few skater style dresses but this is my first skater skirt. The great thing about a dress is it’s a whole outfit in one go; all you need is a few accessories and your done. There is no need to go rummaging through your entire wardrobe to find something to go with it. With a skirt however, you have the whole, does it match, does it work, and does the first top I had on look better with it. Anyway I’ve been thinking about my skater skirt for a while and this is what I came up with.

It’s a fairly versatile outfit that would easily take you from day to night.

The coral top is from Penneys and the colour is quite vibrant. I thought the strong colour would contrast nicely with the black skirt.

The belt is also from Penneys and I like how it ties in with the gold buttons on the blouse. The skater skirt is from boohoo.com

I really like the way leopard print looks with coral and orange tones. The leopard print shoes are from Dunnes.

The cream and gold necklace is from Penneys.

    • When I do spend big on high end its usually accessories like bags or shoes that you can wear over and over, season after season. The high street is hot on the tail of the designer catwalk, you would be mad to spend big on something you’ll only wear a few times, unless you have it to spend.
